TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITION: A supplier is one who sells goods or provides services at Nelly shop.official
2. PURPOSE: The supplier undertakes to sell andor return to NellySHopOfficial the goods and services described above, according to the terms and conditions indicated below.
3. ACCEPTANCE: The Supplier declares and acknowledges have read, accept and be satisfied with the terms and terms of the purchase order.
4. ORDER: The supplier further acknowledges that the start of the execution of the services, works and/or supply of goods and/or services described above constitutes its total and unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions of the purchase order. PRICE: Supplier represents and warrants that the price quoted is the only price applicable hereunder. Any modification requested by NellySHopOfficial resulting in an increase in costs will be borne in full by NellySHopOfficial the prices in force at the time of the request for modification, following the written acceptance of NellySHopOfficial.
5. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Any delivery of goods and or start of services must be made on schedule. determined by NellySHopOfficial may modify such schedule or suspend its application on mere notice to the supplier. The latter may only modify its price with the formal agreement of NellySHopOfficial. In case of delay. in the delivery, outside the responsibility of the NellySHopOfficial Group may terminate the present without having to pay any compensation to the supplier.
6. DELIVERY: The supplier must enter the line numbers corresponding to our order on the delivery slips. Round the requested certificates are required upon delivery of the order. Never exceed or reduce the quantity ordered without authorization from NellySHopOfficial Group and/or without having ordered a fine.
7. IMPORT: Please write on all documentation related to importation (delivery note, invoice requires the complete description (and not your product code) with its tariff code. You must also provide your valid tax number.
8. BILLING: All invoices whose prices do not correspond to those on our order form will be rejected and subject to corrections.
9. INSPECTION: All goods and or services are subject to inspection by the NellySHopOfficial Group at all reasonable times, including inspection at the time of manufacture of the goods, if applicable. Inspection and approval by NellySHopOfficial to reject on subsequent inspection. Any goods and/or services rejected by NellySHopOfficial must be promptly repaired and/or replaced at the supplier’s expense. All costs incurred by NellySHopOfficial in connection with the return of rejected goods or their repair due to defect are the sole responsibility of the supplier.
10. NON-CONFORMING PRODUCT: The supplier must notify NellySHopOfficial of any non-conforming product and obtain approval of for disposal of nonconforming product.
